Dana Simmons and her husband, Nate, relocated to Cody from Eastern Oregon and felt at home in Wyoming almost the moment they arrived. Dana grew up around farming and ranching and had worked on a guest ranch as a wrangler before finding her niche in real estate, a natural fit for her outgoing personality, her love of people, and the work ethic her clients count on.
Over her career Dana has worked across nearly every corner of the market: ranch, residential, vacant land, commercial, buyer relocation, and vacation and recreational properties. She enjoys residential sales, but her heart is in ranch and recreational land, the kind of Wyoming property she knows firsthand. Hard-working and enthusiastic, she loves working with a wide range of personalities and meeting each buyer's and seller's needs on their own terms.
Outside of work, Dana and Nate live the Wyoming outdoor life with their two boys: fly-fishing the state's rivers and streams, big-game and bird hunting, backpacking, trail running, mountain biking, and working cows with the neighbors. When she's not showing property, you might find her refinishing an old piece of furniture or out chasing the mountains she loves. Whatever piece of Wyoming you're looking for, Dana would love to help you come home to Cody.
