Scott Richard is the Broker/Owner of Richard Realty and a fifth-generation Wyomingite based in Cody, Wyoming, leading a brokerage of 24 REALTORS® serving Northwest Wyoming. Licensed since 2013, he founded Richard Realty in 2017 with a focus on trusted relationships, local market expertise, and forward-thinking real estate strategy.

Recognized nationally for his leadership in real estate, Richard served as the 2025 Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Emerging Business & Technology Forum, is a Past President of Wyoming REALTORS®, served as an NAR Director, and was named the 2023 Wyoming REALTOR® of the Year.
