Dawn Snyder is a REALTOR® and property manager serving Wyoming's Big Horn Basin. She moved to the area with her husband, Larry, a fourth-generation Wyoming native, after meeting him while he was finishing a career as a firefighter and paramedic with the Annapolis, Maryland Fire Department; when he retired, they settled in Shell, where Dawn is often out in the mountains with her camera for nature photography.
Since 2021, Dawn has guided buyers and sellers across Greybull, Basin, Shell, and Lovell, spending much of her time helping buyers through the search and the close with honesty, clear communication, and attention to detail. She also offers property management, where she is dependable, organized, and responsive, helping owners protect and make the most of their investments while keeping the experience professional for tenants.
