Kate Decker brings the perspective of a long-time educator to real estate. She taught for more than 15 years as a high school and middle school teacher, and she approaches buying and selling the same way she approached the classroom: with straight answers and real guidance. A natural learner, Kate keeps her clients informed at every step, from financing and inspections to offers and closing, so they can make confident decisions. She is also deeply involved in serving her community, particularly local veterans, having built projects that connect students with veterans both in her classroom and through organizations across the state.
Away from work, Kate is often out exploring Wyoming on her motorcycle or spending time with family. That independent, grounded, slightly adventurous outlook carries into her work, which she sees less as a sales pitch and more as helping people navigate the road home.
