Larry Snyder is a REALTOR® with a background in residential and investment real estate across Wyoming's Big Horn Basin. A fourth-generation Wyoming native, he was born in the building now known as Three Rivers Health and spent his early career as a firefighter and paramedic with the Annapolis, Maryland Fire Department, where he met his wife, Dawn. When he retired, the two moved back to his home state and settled in Shell.
Since 2021, Larry has helped clients buy and sell across Greybull, Shell, Powell, Lovell, and Basin, working with first-time buyers and with investors weighing strategic property purchases. What sets him apart is a genuine interest in people: he takes time to understand each client's goals, then pairs deep local knowledge with steady negotiation and problem-solving so the process stays clear from the first conversation to closing.
Larry and Dawn run their real estate practice as a team, drawn to the chance to guide family, friends, and neighbors through a complex process. When they aren't working, they're often in the mountains, where Larry is happy to point out the best views.
