Theresa Donley has been a licensed, full-time REALTOR® since 1980, beginning her career in Miami, Florida. In 1994 her family moved to Cody and opened the first RE/MAX office in Northwest Wyoming. Over her career she has worked extensively in investment real estate and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, though her true passion is residential real estate in every price range.
Theresa is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Wyoming Association of REALTORS®, and the Northwest Wyoming Board of REALTORS®, and she holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations. She previously served as Secretary of the Cody Country Chamber of Commerce, currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Olive Glenn Golf & Country Club, and is actively involved with the Buffalo Bill Center of the West and committees serving Cody, Park County, and the Big Horn Basin.
