Kim Skoric

Sales Associate

Often it takes leaving to fully appreciate coming home. As a third generation Wyoming native Kim Skoric attended the University of Wyoming where she met her future husband, Todd Skoric. Three decades in the high school English classroom provided invaluable experience that seamlessly transitioned into the field of Real Estate, where she earned the Rookie Realtor of the Year nomination in Colorado for her efforts. Both fields require honesty, integrity, knowledge, and communication skills. Kim possesses all of these traits and will use them to help you find a place you can call home.

Even living in Colorado, Wyoming has always been the place that Kim called ‘home.’ In
Colorado Kim’s license plate said, ‘Wyoites.’ When it came time for college all three children
chose the University of Wyoming to set their course in life. One is currently deployed as a
Naval Officer and a Nuclear Engineer for the Navy. The second works as the original coordinator for the UW Food Pantry in Laramie and the third will graduate next May and join his oldest brother as an Engineering Officer for the Navy. As their mother and a member of both the UW Alumni Association and the Cowboy Joe Club as well as a former member of the Psi Delta Chapter of the Chi Omega sorority, the Wyoming traditions only continue.

When your father was born and raised in Thermopolis, you grew up in Green River, and you
have family in Rock Springs, Lander, Casper, McKinnon, Thermopolis and Laramie the idea that Wyoming is one degree of separation becomes very real. Your reputation comes in the way you treat others and as a Realtor Kim Skoric displays honesty, integrity, and dedication in all she does.

What others say about you speaks volumes. Of Kim Skoric in the classroom Jana C. said, “When you see a need you just say, “Stop!” I have got this. You cannot be talked out of helping-it is just the fabric of who you are.” In judging Kim as a Realtor Debbie B said, “I tell clients I would never engage in a Real Estate transaction without you. You work harder for your clients than any agent I have ever met. Regardless of their budget or price of their home-everyone gets VIP service from Kim! She is simply the best!”

In moving to Cody, Kim is taking an active role in the Cody Soroptimists, Christ Episcopal
Church, and even working as a substitute teacher for Park 6 School District. This shows that Kim believes in service and embraces the things that make Cody a great place to live. Cody also offers endless outdoor options. Skiing, sailing, four-wheeling and hiking in the sunshine are just a few of the things she loves to do. CS Lewis said, “One road leads home and a thousand roads lead into the wilderness.”

Let Kim Skoric help you to find the right road home!
