Pia Trotter grew up in Bern, Switzerland, where she built a career in travel and hospitality, including years as a Swissair flight attendant. Her connection to Wyoming began in 1989 with a visit to the Crossed Sabres Ranch on Cody's North Fork, near the east gate of Yellowstone; she returned years later to work there, met her husband, and relocated to Wyoming for good in 2002. As a fellow transplant who fell in love with the area, Pia understands firsthand both the excitement and the challenges that come with a move like this, and the importance of finding not just a home but the right community.
Pia became a licensed REALTOR® in 2015, and she has built her reputation on client education and lasting relationships. She gives buyers and sellers real homework, pointing them to courthouse records, the county assessor, BLM offices, water districts, and HOAs so they get first-hand information straight from the source and understand every decision fully. She especially enjoys guiding first-time homebuyers and clients navigating a downsize or relocation, and she treats integrity as the foundation of her work.
Beyond her transactions, Pia serves on the Realtors for Kids committee, which provides financial assistance to families across the Big Horn Basin and has partnered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace to build beds for local children in need. Whether you are moving across the country or across town, Pia would be honored to help you find your place in this corner of Wyoming.
