A fifth-generation Cody native and third-generation REALTOR®, Scott came to real estate from a background in multimedia, marketing, and computer animation, bringing with him a storytelling mindset and an early belief that technology could transform how people experience property. Scott has written for the National Association of REALTORS® on technology in real estate, teaches continuing education to agents, has testified before the Wyoming Legislature on housing and property rights, and has held leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, including national leadership on emerging business and technology. He brings those insights back to how Richard Realty serves clients and agents at home.
Closer to the ground, Scott's roots run five generations deep in Park County. He knows Cody, Powell, and the surrounding Northwest Wyoming markets the way someone does who grew up in them, from in-town neighborhoods to ranch, recreational, land, and investment property throughout Park, Big Horn, Washakie, Hot Springs, and Fremont counties. For clients, that means guidance built on lived experience, local perspective, and stories that do not exist on the internet.
