I apologize to Matt that this is so late in coming. Richard Realty especially Matt Wanner are amazing people to work with. Matt stepped in when another agency failed. He had my property listed immediately! My home was sold a few weeks later at a profit margin that was greater than expected!! I am so happy with the outcome!
